Welcome to GatherCam, a service operated by Jurassics Ltd (“GatherCam”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GatherCam mobile application, website, and related services.
By accessing or using GatherCam, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use GatherCam.
GatherCam allows users to create private shared events, invite participants, upload photos and related content, view and download shared event albums, and share memories with other event participants.
GatherCam may offer both free and paid plans.
Pricing, features, and availability may change at any time. Where applicable, purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the billing terms of those platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity occurring under your account or event access.
You agree not to impersonate another person, share unauthorized access, or use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to GatherCam.
By uploading content, you grant GatherCam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, process, display, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to upload the content and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Event photos and related content are retained for 6 months after the event end date.
After this period, content is removed from active systems. Backup copies may remain for up to an additional 6 months before being permanently deleted where reasonably practicable.
Once permanently deleted, content cannot be recovered. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, branding, logos, design, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by Jurassics Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission from Jurassics Ltd.
GatherCam may rely on third-party providers and platforms, including cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, and payment providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that GatherCam will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
You may stop using GatherCam at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or if we are required to do so by law.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GatherCam disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jurassics Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service during the previous 12 months, or £100 GBP if no payments were made.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jurassics Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the Service or other communication methods.
Your continued use of GatherCam after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
